Please treat your Tiger and the Monkey with care and some love while laundering. The care label inside your garment has the international symbols that indicate how to launder but if you don’t feel like figuring that out it’s written right here!!  As many of the fabrics used to create your garment are handwoven, handprinted and hand dyed, it is important to follow the laundering instructions in order to safeguard the longevity and quality of the garment. 

At Tiger and the Monkey all the garments have been designed with comfort and ease in mind and the ability to wash while adventuring… However, if you are a dry cleaner person feel free to do that instead! You do you.  

“Andrea” Green Mod Floral Cotton

Wash in cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.  Medium iron setting. Dryclean with any solvent except tetrachorethylene.

“Kim” Blue Mod Floral Viscose

Wash in cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Medium iron setting. Dryclean with any solvent except tetrachorethylene.

“Lulu” Lilac Blockprint 

Hand wash in cold with mild detergent, hang to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Medium iron setting. Dryclean with any solvent except tetrachorethylene.

“Claire” Garden of Eden print collared shirt

Hand wash in cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do 

not bleach. Low Iron setting. Pompoms should be dried away from the body of garment and can be handfluffed after drying. Dryclean with any solvent except tetrachorethylene.

“Donna” Solid white collared shirt

Hand wash in cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.  Do not bleach. Low Iron setting. Tassels should be dried away from body of garment and flattened with fingers or light iron after drying. Dryclean with any solvent except tetrachorethylene.

Low iron on any embroidery if necessary.  Tassels should be dried away from body of garment and flattened with fingers or light iron after drying if necessary.
