Refund policy

We strive to ensure you have an exceptional shopping experience every time you visit Tiger and the Monkey.  We understand there will be an occasion when you need to return your purchase. Please see our policies below so we can accommodate you. 

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE and ARE NOT RETURNABLE

DOMESTIC (INSIDE THE USA) RETURN POLICY

If we receive your return within 14 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. Items returned between 15 and 30 days will receive store credit.  After 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for returns. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (new and unused), with no sign of previous wear and with all original tags attached and all protective materials in place. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.  Unfortunately, we do not have a means to do exchanges at this time. Please order the desired new style, color or size and return the original order for refund. 

TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in our navigation, or go to visit your account here then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

IF YOU CHOOSE THE PREPAID LABEL THERE WILL BE A $8 USD FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. You will then receive an email notification when your return has been processed. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we strongly urge you to send the package back to us via a traceable carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.

AFTERPAY RETURN POLICY

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Items cannot be returned after 30 days. All orders/items paid with Afterpay that are returned will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired item while it is still in stock and returning your original order.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 3  business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your account.

SALES

FINAL SALE merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.   Sale discounts cannot be applied to a previous order. 

MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT

If there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us within 7 day of receipt at hello@tigerandthemonkey.com  or give us a call at 949-429-9377. We will do our best to correct the mistake as fast as possible. Shipping costs will be refunded due to damaged merchandise or our error. In such a case, please use the return label provided, free of charge or we will send you a return label via email if you discarded the original. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
